I’ve always been conscious of staying healthy and active, but it wasn’t until I started training with Nick that my body truly changed. Not only is he an incredibly knowledgable and dedicated trainer, he is also an amazing person who has infinitely bettered my life. I will always be grateful to him for the transformation of both my body and mind.
I’ve worked with numerous trainers over the years and Nick is by far the best! I call him a body sculptor!!! His workouts are fun, intense and varied. In the gym, he keeps me focused and engaged while pushing me to extremes. I also travel a lot and Nick keeps me accountable while I’m on the road. He has taught me how to maintain my fitness with very little equipment no matter where I am in the world. His dedication to fitness and his clients extends beyond the time spent together in the gym.
I was never been able to lose those last 5 pounds until I trained with Nick. As a high school athlete and race runner, I was always thin but never toned. After years of group classes, I finally decided to invest in a personal trainer. Nick was able to pinpoint my trouble areas that no class I’ve ever taken has been able to do. I lost 35 pounds on my own, but was frustrated as the related changes to my body were not significant. I enlisted Nick’s help with modest goals to get toned and lose a few more pounds. With Nick’s guidance and training, he significantly changed my body and I lost a total of 40 inches. Nick’s customized approach to training is bar none.
