I’m used to early starts but today was a little earlier than normal. My alarm went off at 3:45AM. However, I jumped out of bed excited to shoot my #tarzanchallenge segments for KTLA.

We had 4 segments to shoot for LA and one for San Diego – so 5 total segments between 5AM and 10AM! That’s a lot of working out. 😳

Our anchor, Mark Mester, was awesome and so much fun to work with.

I also had my #HollywoodCycle sister as my sidekick – the beautiful Shannon Decker.

And yes, we make these segments look easy.

But trust me – we were feeling it too! We’re dying on the inside smiling for the cameras!

Even Edgar got in on the action.

The unexpected twist to the morning was ending up in the swimming pool.

With a pineapple nonetheless.
